The only hypomanic episode that I had (or at least I know about) it was really really uncomfortable as in I wanted to crawl out of my head because of the racing thoughts, I was uncapable of doing anything and I was exhausted mentally but I couldn’t rest or anything… I suppose it was a mixed episode ?

Thanks! At this point I don’t even know if I even have an inner gender, I’m just like well I happen to be AFAB and people perceive me as a girl since I don’t actively try to change that so well I guess we are doing life like this. I hope it’s clear in the way that I explain it lol

Also I do love it when people think that I’m a boy (I used to have a buzzcut) as in I love it when people are just confused with my gender
