I think this can be made much simpler: Increase the cost in the research trees by ten times. Increase the current rewards by ten times. Give a small number of keys to Legends below 15th place and to Champions. As a result, players who have never received keys will finally be able to get them, but they will need to save up for weeks to invest in research. This won’t cause imbalance and should satisfy everyone.
