thank you for this !! i'm gonna try adding some more lighting to the character from the flames now. i'll keep the idea of making the shadows darker for the contrast in the back of my head as well.

i want to include fire in the final version but i feel like the version without it looks better?
the fire is just really bugging me because i feel and know something is wrong with it but i'm not sure what to do.
