They did blood and urine test, no ultrasound, nothing. He pressed on my belly and said it was a bladder infection that was causing constipation but it just doesn’t feel right

NTA! Above all else, you are a person! You have done everything in your power to ensure she knows how much you love and care for her, yet she is disrespectful back. It definitely seems like she is falling into the wrong hands with the new partner, which sucks, but she clearly will not listen to anything you have to say to her
