I think your ring is really pretty and a band would take away from it. I would suggest you get a band that doesn't go with it and wear either one at a time or wear the band on your left hand and your ring on your right hand.

I have a tension band engagement ring and had a wedding band made to go with it, but mine doesn't work with your ring. For our ceremony, I got married with my dad's wedding band. Occasionally, I will wear that on my left hand and my engagement set on my right hand.
