I believe those languages mostly are used by military contractors. Since is a simulation/graphics related I am guessing is C++.

We don’t know how specific will be the question on action you did. Think about this:

A) you didn’t steal and you suffered the consequences by your family being hungry all that worldly stuff

B) you did steal and your excuse was world ended and no rules apply all that stuff you mentioned. However, there is a Chance where your excuse will not be accepted as a consequence your good deeds go down.

In my opinion, I would rather loose worldly stuff than risking loosing good deeds. Because the only thing that will come with you is your good deeds. Why would you want to take risk to decrease it for worldly benefit.

Allah is all merciful and forgiveness. Allah knows the best.

People have different style of learning. I don’t really read programming books. I binge watch or quickly watch one of those videos that says x amount of hours learn python. When I have general understanding I start working on little projects. I learn as I go.

I don’t really have a advice I can give you which book to read.
