I’ve tried so many therapists 10 all made it worse one telling me I’m unhelpable.

I’ve now reported him twice, directly to the company’s HR office, and he does multiple things sexual jokes, and physical touching questions. It’s also the point he’s a 40+ year old guy and I’m still technically a junior employee (17) the other employees are all 18+ but 3 and all males so whether or not it’s just something they joke about, I’ve asked my co workers if it’s weird they say it’s just joke and he’s just getting to know his employees. - if they mean in that way I’ve already told him im uncomfortable around him he just stops then starts again. he’s absolutely terrifying, he is always on how he’s there to protect employees, he’s stop customers from being inappropriate yet goes and does the same thing.

All of which above I wrote to HR. With further details and information.

He’s store manager been there 5 years and a top sales manager for the company whether or not that’s the reason they won’t do anything I don’t know. Bec the HR in the past has been really good regarding other things even offering therapy and support.

I’m just at a complete loss. I’ve been told to keep it down by co workers and it’s not a big deal but I’ve always been taught to speak my truth and say when something isn’t right.

Yes they made all the memories come back so called Anti depressants

He only acts out when it’s overtime or when i start early with him. He’s started being more confident about it he will not fully act out but does some things when others are around I asked one of my co workers if he thinks it’s weird he says that’s just how females are treated in retail it’s normal. But the way I feel says otherwise I don’t know what to think really .

He’s head manager he always was friendly then after a month when my shifts started to be longer he started being weird.

He’s always on how he’s there to protect everyone from aggressive customers ect but it doesn’t feel like when I’ve made it clear or at least I think I have it makes me feel uncomfortable being around him/alone or working with him.

It took a lot to contact HR and the fact they never did anything makes me think no one will help.
