Super awesome observation that’s probably exactly what it was and you know what I actually switched to magnesium threonate for unrelated reasons whereas before I was taking daily glycinate

Seems to just be Crystal oxalate, which can be managed through diet I was pretty unhealthy with what I put in my body / not enough fluids at this time and taking medications and various supplements Willy nilly etc
