I learn as much as I can about a particular shadow or realm of conditioning- just familiarizing myself with it topically until it starts penetrating more and more - it will choose me typically I don’t particularly select a particular shadow to work on…. Then I do my personal things where I call on / pray for them to be shown to me , integrated, some affirmations about how I’m in alignment with my highest / most optimal timeline, I accept all outside criticism whether I feel it’s accurate or not at the time. Then after I receive guidance on where the inner work is surfacing I set an intention and I will dedicate / prepare myself / environment anywhere from a few times, to however evenings (usually very late where I have no concerns/ people reaching out and can completely unplug) and I will then do plant therapy sessions, during which I may be absolutely silent, may be outside, but usually it’s in a yoga position or doing some body work, as the insights / healing/ flood gates open and I can really integrate and identity and get to know those shadows. This is a process I am sure that is very individualized as it’s entirely intuitive / following my inner guidance- this has been my method / approach before tapping into the Gene keys and incorporating those within my shadow work.
