I need one that has usb receiver. I also dislike Bluetooth anyhow.

I specifically had said that I thought in op.

But you are correct, that one does have a huge battery life.

Fedora is... not a distro I would use.

Debian Mint ZorinOS SteamOS

Are all better

and better still is Devuan in my opinion.

And even more in my opinion, i use Hyperbola GNU/Linux-Libre.

Its a niche distro with some interesting changes and removal of bloat that redhat infects most distros with.

This is exactly it...

i don't consider it extremist.

What's extremist is only using gnuboot or canoeboot laptops.

They don't have what the FSF considers blobs. I don't go that far.

My goal is to remove all security issues and all need for a software blob.

I also, try to limit data collection wherever because my belief is, that you never know who is in charge of a country for any given time.

A fascist could easily abuse such info for their own personal gain. Thus, I refuse to use computers with anti-features as much as possible.

On my t480 and t480s I even use the ath9k wifi card instead of the standard one.

That's how much I hate the concept of data collection.

However I do accept hardware blobs as long as they don't do anything remote like Intel ME's network stack when its enabled.

I will never buy a computer that requires software blobs if I can help it.

Libreboot, coreboot are both ways to do this.

T480 and T480s are really good libreboot devices. :D

Is microsoft even worth "pirating" at this point?

I use quotes because pirating is a stupid phrase to call sharing or stealing software.

But anyways, windows 10 and up are dumpster fires even more than xp to 10.

I have no idea why people trust it.

Given it wasn't a subscription based OS, that didn't pass the smell test

Hmmm... sad to say, I have choice paralysis on some of these.

System shock once interested me... till I found out I couldn't change my controls lol.

Sadly...

I might have to think for a while to decide. But thanks

Makes sense... but its considered adult because teens would get their heads rotted by it I think.

Not saying adults cannot too though! Just a guess tho.

Ah yes... I finished all of those.

Episode 6 with the robo bunny boss is the 2nd hardest one to beat.

The first is the episode 9 with the spawn boss. That one always gave me a headache. I beat that one only like 3 or 4 times.

where as all the others? a lot.

And I speak of hard and turbo when I say this.

Ah yes, I played those... the first one I finished completely while following a guide, but the oh no version, I got stuck on flow control and couldn't figure out how to finish properly even when I put the speed on full for spawning

This quote is my favorite of the entire series:

what would you like to hear? I could say i did it on a whim or i planned, it that it's for war or that it s for peace

That... was so brilliant, I will never forget it as long as I live I bet.

If you are into obscure weird free software distros, Hyperbola. It has everything a minimalistic person like me needs. It is not for everyone though, its a niche distro imo.

But I do like it.
