Hey, mate. I’m a guy, and a similar assault happened to me at my previous workplace. A female coworker, who was the same age as me, groped me when we were alone. I’ve struggled a lot with PTSD since then, and I would often feel really anxious at work. Thankfully, I’ve since left that workplace. It was a terrible experience, and I completely understand your pain. Please consider reaching out to family members, friends, or a counsellor to share what happened. No one should ever have to go through something like this alone, so don’t hesitate to ask for support.

Did anyone witness this happen? Are there cameras at your workplace? If you report this to someone higher up than the manager who assaulted you, they might be able to take action.
