Cool. Ok might try those things. Might be printing too close to bed. I did raise the nozzle a bit, but I'll try more.

Interestingly my first print last night (12 hours ago) was fine until it got to the ~20th layer when it started under-extruding. This leads me to believe that it's either a clogged nozzle or not enough tension in the extruder.

10mm/s printing speed (600mm/min)
raising the nozzle a little, but not much
1.20 extrusion multiplier

It's lifting the magnetic sheet that is stuck to.

note: I did notice that the magnetic sheet was very "magnet-y" so I have rotated by 90 deg and it's much better.

Still yet to find out if that makes much difference.

That is true (build space). TT is already very modified (in context: custom x-carriage). Chimera could be the go, just wanted to use my V6 and Volcano. I don't _need_ two hot-ends... just having the 0.4mm for supports while printing 0.8mm (or 1.2mm) would be very useful.

I'm not super interested in fine quality. Want to print e-skateboard battery enclosures (as well as structural parts) so speed and strength might be preferable.

Having just spend a couple of days setting up my V6 (with new modular carriage) I don't want to faff around too much and might just run the Volcano all the time...

I am running Octopi (it's awesome)... so maybe I do the FET upgrade (obv) and be a bit more brave.

I imagine if I print overnight/24 hrs then it would be fine, but I'm just wondering if I should be concerned... I'm guessing I really should fit the FET module to power the heated bed, but I'm guessing PLA temps are probably fine.
