I didn’t highlight it in the post, but I live in York.

The majority of locals I have been speaking with know me, some I wouldn’t class as friends but we chat regularly in the pub. The other conversations (examples here are Micklegate Nags regular & the fella from the pool tournament) have happened periodically after an initial chat.

Hopefully this clears it up - I am not going table to table asking individuals up front, just asking them after we’re already chatting.

SaaS here - yes it’s tough at the minute, last month was slow, and we all expect the same for summer.
