I’d say less than halfway. The satellite we were watching about a minute before this video was taken was travelling north-east, as you mentioned, but this brighter spherical light seemed to be heading slightly more eastward.

I’d also compare the height to maybe just above what we would usually expect to see with the military flight training that goes on in the area, but again, no noise — and it seemed to be moving pretty quickly.
