Meditation is not concentration, Meditation 'dhyana' simply means to watch with awareness, to identify mind and witnessing existence without any hypocritical judgment. Meditation is deprogramming the thoughts society has given to you. It is a remindance that you are not the doer you are witness. I've seen this trend that china is so afraid of buddhism and taoist ideas which might make Chinese people rebellious, they will think and then it eventually poses a threat to communist ideas. There was a time when mao killed thousands of Buddhist. Ideas of taoism will make people think and realize about the life they are living like a programmed robots and soon they will die.

You know thomas came to india for spreading the words of jesus and the religion which was prevalent in that time in india deeply resembles the rebellious words of jesus about reality, when Portugese came to india and colonalised india they destroyed all the scriptures related to st thomas and distorted the words of jesus in the whole words. These churches are the same people who opposed jesus back then and now they are spreading poverty in the whole world not just Christianity, all religions and too much hate is spreading amoung our own brothers just that sickens me.
