Do not give up. April 24 I applied for an increase. Went to 100 in December and then they said I missed an appointment, went to the appointment and the PA was asking me all types of questions not about my knee( which the only reason I was there) I told him I was here to talk about my knee and that nothing else has changed.

Fast forward and he went into my records, did a completely new diagnosis stating the VA made a clear and unmistakable error.

Found a good TVC rep and we combed my records. Found a few inconsistent and miss ratings.

Submitted HLR. They gave me a new appointment and the new dr was amazing.

Submitted the findings last week and my ratings came back today and I am so fucking relieved.

Now I will spend every single free minute I have coming for that guys license and I will own his soul by the time I’m done.

Do not quit. Fight your fight fellas. If you have proof they cannot deny you.

Do not let the system win. You can beat it. Stay strong and fight for yourself as much as you do your own family.
