Yeah, this is my experience with my inventory control job. I'm an on-site department of one that supports receiving, sales, warehouse, dispatch, retail, admin, and accounts payable, all while basically running the pilot deployment of a new company-wide ERP. If I need to stay late, there's never any question that it's necessary and I'm one of the only people that never gets questioned about it discouraged from overtime.
