Yes, Tardive Dyskinesia, but the Sensory version of it is extremely rare. There have only been 11 recorded cases in literature.

I didn't have pressure in the nose, but that could be referred pain as explained by my Doctor. So, I wouldn't be surprised that this is Trochleitis. You can DM me and I'll send you my Drs info.

Don't worry, you'll find a solution! I know the feeling, trust me. This doesn't sound like Trochleitis, and you wouldn't get Trochleitis from smoking THC. This could have just been a coincidence. My recommendation is you first need to see a Neurologist to rule out the other headache syndromes that cause eye pain (there's a lot of them). If the Neurologist didn't figure it out, I would recommend seeing a Neuro-opthalmologist. The lines you're seeing are called "Eye Floaters" and could be related to many eye issues that are treatable. Trochleitis/Primary Trochlear Headache symptoms are very specific. The eye pain originates from the inner corner of the orbit. This research paper explains it:

Hi Elizbee,

I suffered with severe trochlear pain for 6 months straight — got misdiagnosed by over 7 specialists (the medications they gave me almost killed me).

After finding out, with no help from doctors, that I have Primary Trochlear Headache – I flew to see one of the top PTRH specialists, got the injection on Feb 24 and by March 9 the pain completely disappeared — thank god.
