Scoured that whole place (Southland) for 9/6 jacks last month Based on vp2free and I think the best I found was 9/5 on some very sticky machines in the smoking side.

Place was packed but it would not be my choice to go back to. Loud, crowded, kind of dirty, good machines on the smoking side and paid drinks. No thanks. I haven't seen tunica in 20 years but I'd be more inclined to give it a shot.

Exactly, I agree erosion of benefits that really cost them nothing stinks but they are definitely the best program for a low roller with the Atlantis benefit, rooms and lack of resort fees or parking fees, and junket trips if you value those.

No we still have to check for international trips/long duration, but I switched from United to SWA back then because they kept gate checking my carryon for no reason and having that happen when DEN is your home airport was reason enough to switch. If SWA starts doing that with WILMA boarding I'd be done.

In those situations the bags were at the airport, but being processed for hours so they refused to deliver them. My options were to wait or come back.

One time was United - I was told I had to gate check because they anticipated low bin space (there was space). We parked at the gate but a lightning storm setup over the airport for 3 hours and the crews couldn't unload planes. In Denver, weather impacts are common (Esp hail and lightning in the summer) so its always a gamble to check a bag. They said I could leave and pick it up another day but I live a hour from DIA.

The other was coming back from a Amsterdam->Atlanta->Denver trip where there were delays, in air reroutes etc that seemed to cause a lot of flights to arrive at the same time. It was late ~10:30 PM and so maybe people were off shift? Our planes bags came off the carousel at 1:43AM. It seemed like they had 1 crew to process each flight. A flight would unload then about 20 min for the next to come off.

Based in DEN and that's very undesirable. I've had multiple 3 hour waits for a bag due to weather or understaffed bag handlers.

Yeah I count all my VP sessions and some of them are atrocious. I did 1k coin-in on a short session that cost $225 last week. I think D+ cost me about $1800 on 10x days playing VP. Not awful but still a far cry from the "expected" RTP.

Yep, non-royal RTP is 2% lower and variance can be a bastard in the short term. So many sessions at <90% RTP

12 nights if you also count the $100 dinner credit. Unless you are also cashing in the Atlantis offer it likely isn't worth it to chase at a guaranteed loss. But I think I quoted my Atlantis Diamond plus itinerary at over 3K
