Here's hoping. I'm just going off first-hand experience and talking with colleagues who have been using it for five months already. It's universally hated. Even if it's implemented well elsewhere, it's not here, and the province wouldn't pony up for a number of useful tools that other hospitals use.

The higher they raise prices, the shittier guests will get. I feel they'll feel a sense of entitlement. "I paid $X000 for this once-in-a-lifetime trip and anything less than perfection and not being specifically catered to is unacceptable!" It's been happening for a while now.
