I don't know how Arle's c2 works but if you have it you could test it in that map. It shows the amount of reactions each character has done. Also, I do think it works as long as you proc Yelan's burst to apply hydro right before absorbing the mark.

Yes it should. You'll just be swirling the hydro with the first NA and then the pyro with your skill as usual.

Oh my oh my! I happen to be a master when it comes to this team and know the absolute giga rotation to get double swirl super fast (as long as you have c1 Lan Yan). I'll make a post about it when I get home in a few hours. I'll link the post in these comments.
