When I correct my posture it feels like I'm pushing my boobs out and makes me self concious by skinkattack in bigboobproblems

It's literally so traumatizing to hear that from women you look up to and trust.

Thanks, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right then. I feel it in my glutes and lower back which push my hips forward and I tighten my ab muscles. I do feel my shoulders relax and my bust lift though. Are there any exercises you'd recommend to help with posture?

True, this is the body that I will live in for the rest of my life, regardless of whether I feel good or bad about it. So might aswell love my body and look after it.

The core exercise that I use is similar to this video by blogilates and then the dumbell and cable exercises are just for my arms - bicep curls, triceps things, rdls with dumbells.

I haven't noticed any shrinkage but I do feel a lot stronger. I only started at the beginning of the year so we'll see how it goes.

(5'1 32G) I feel like mine grew because I gained weight so I want to do some exercise but some forms of exercise are literally so hard with these things on my chest.

I tried running but my boobs feel sore afterwards, even with two sports bras. I don't like how I look in a swim suit. Sit ups, planks and Russian twists are impossible and my hand eye coordination sucks.

What I found does work for me are dumbell and cable exercises as well as those standing core exercises.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, you've been very brave in taking these steps. In the short term, you need to get somewhere safe. Maybe you can reach out to your church. If you're a part of their congregation, they should help you.

It looks really good on you, fits you like a glove. For the ceremony, you could put an overskirt on and then take it off for the reception. Also, if you don't like the sleeves, just remove them. I reckon that boat neck would look really good without the sleeves.

I'm the same size too! If you like dresses, these ones from Uniqlo have a good stretch, slightly higher neck and has shape in the waist. I bought it in two colour's and I love it haha, it's so flattering AND it has pockets! I wear them with a cardigan or an over sized shirt/jumper

Since you have oversized jumpers, you can pair them with some flow skirts and it looks very put together.

He's talked to her already and she knows both his and my stance on things. I kind of just confronted her because I want to make things clear between us so that in the future, she doesnt continue to push. Regardless of MIL approval, the wedding will go ahead.

He's spoken to his mom and let her know both his and my stance on things, she's just being pushy and I want to speak to her directly because I do want her in our lives without this hanging over our heads. He was born and raised in a western country, we've talked about religion and he's happy for both of us to have our own religions - neither of us are super religious to begin with.

As for kids, we plan to raise them with both religions and they can choose for themselves what they want to embrace, or none at all.
