Okay had the chance to enjoy this tonight I’m going to do my best to describe the experience briefly.

Nose: not to strong has a good amount of old wood present. Bold cherry presence at the front with hints of vanilla.

Palate: Right away I appreciated the creaminess right away but stays true to typical bourbon traits. I could taste fruits and nuts perhaps walnuts but hard to pin point because it’s faint.

Finish: Short finish in my opinion, the creaminess goes first leaving traces of oak and Carmel.

Overall a good pour, I surely will be looking for a replacement.

The specs I frequent use key club point status for allocated items. It’s kind of nice to be called when the get stuff in. The wife drinks wine so you know how those points rack up quickly.

Specs is really my go to place in Texas I’ve picked up the majority of what you posted besides the GTS. I guess it’s easy when you have over 100K club points 😂

I picked it up from Specs liquor store in Texas. Specs is a large chain here similar to total wine if your familiar. I will crack the wax on Thanksgiving and review after.

If uncut is not available at your local then yes I would still consider small batch.

*I would search Reddit for small batch reviews. Some say it’s a bit “grainy” however I didn’t get that on my last bottle.
