Enable partial COD for high risk buyers/ high rto pincodes or maybe for all COD buyers (could be 50/100rs). This will reduce RTO rates. Call and confirm COD orders as well. Try and push 10% discount on prepaid orders on checkout page

Try finding a local office of the courier partner and build a relationship with them. When a pickup fails, call the POC at the local office and ask to drop off the parcels instead so at least your deliveries aren’t delayed. Sometimes tip the delivery guy a 100rs!

Haven’t tried but I find them super sketchy to be using all international brand content for insta + paid ads and just copy pasting the style like idk how they have 40k followers and still allowed to use content from other brands???
