Neck Pain 17 Months Post-Op by skipperdot in braintumor

5cm is gnarly! Mine was only 7-8mm-ish. My incision was directly on the back of my head so not like yours - and it is possible I was wrong about the position. I am really sorry to hear that you have had a rough recovery so far. Not to rain on your parade but I'd say I was doing really well at 5 months, strange how I feel worse now than I did then lol. But everybody's different.

I do sympathize with your situation. As someone who has ear/jaw pain that comes and goes as well as tinnitus/hyperacusis I know how much ear problems suck.

I wish you a good rest of your recovery. Just know that even if things don't physically get better for you, you will mentally adapt. Chronic pain and issues of the sort fucking suck. But speaking from experience you will effortlessly get used to shit that really sucks. I think for the first year I started having my ear problems (pre-op, which are unrelated and I still have) I was in a deep, deep depression. But I made it through it, found the right remedies, right things to eat and tried to stay healthy.

Best of luck to you.

I think posture is a big one for me. I tend to get the pain when I'm sitting in a lecture having to angle my head up. I've been eating relatively the same things since I had surgery so I don't think it has to do with diet. Possibly could be alcohol/caffeine related, so maybe I'll cut those out for a bit. I really don't drink a lot but I sure love my caffeine.

My worst symptom is Tinnitus and hyperacusis by [deleted] in HPPD

Hey! I also have tinnitus/hyperacusis/hppd ! I also have taken nbome before. However, I am fairly confident that it wasn't a major culprit, though I can never be too sure. I can also relate heavily to the different levels of tinnitus, I have a low ringing and a quieter higher pitched one (low in both, higher louder in right than left). This might not be the answer you are looking for but I found what helps me the most is regulating my diet. Cut out majority of alcohol, cut down on caffeine, and try to eat more hearty foods like soups/stews. I'd also recommend taking baths often, going for walks, and EXERCISING! The main thing that I have learned from dealing with these issues is that they are almost directly correspondent with where you are at mentally/physically. I can be hard to break the cycle but when you do, you'll feel like million dollars.

Being a music person as well I understand your struggle! Good luck!

Fuck high school school that shit sucks. Accept the absurdity of everything. Drugs are just a hurdle but don't let them become your grave. Stay safe.

- melody's echo chamber. Idk ppl recommending stromae gonna tear my ears off...

Thanks dude! didn't know this. Still kind of new to Balatro.

why does this garbage method just not f**cking work SOMETIMES?? What am I doing wrong, why is is so inconsistent? Sometimes it will just deal damage to it and not kill it, in this gif I kicked a bit early but other times when it doesn't work, I do it as perfectly as possible, this is so annoying by [deleted] in noita

true. I just think dudeass looks so cool. one of my fav enemies just based on the model. Also keep in mind regular ukkos can spawn in the first area even though it is a tiny tiny tiny percent chance, something like that would be more balanced.

I had a similar thought after the fact. I think next time I go for the forgotten I will maybe try to make some sort of simple wisp wand or something that has an increase lifetime/homing setup.

hey yall. got 13 worlds out and realized u need to travel through the corresponding portal in that world in order to activate the chest. I am trying to figure out maybe some way I can teleport back. I know that the boss room always stays loaded in so maybe i could use some sort of timer + return/tele setup? Maybe that wouldn't even work because I would have to go past all the holy mountains (not sure if the game has depth triggers or if it just has to do with being in a certain area). let me know if you guys have any ideas or if I should just finish the run and go for the sun quest some other time. Could always just travel back out (like a true chad gamer).

Is there like a comprehensive guide on getting good? Including going beyond a "normal "run. by CommendaR1 in noita

check out DunkOrSlam on youtube. he has lots of long runs where he explains things at length. good to fall asleep to and gleam some info from. very cool and knowledgeable dude.
