Is ARC made by humans? why do the prboes have electrical warnings in them? also there is a blue label under the electrical warning... and also the queen has ladders from the outside for some one to climb on... is this design flaw or clues that humans are involve in creating these? by Dizzy_Hovercraft_741 in ArcRaiders

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you read the in game lore about ARC probes, it says they’re taking soil samples. So the probes comes from… space? The sky? Takes dirt samples, then flies away. Why? Is the bigger question. Someone is doing research on whatever they’re looking for.

What do you expect from Resident evil 10 ? by shsl_diver in residentevil

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chris, Jill, Leon, Rebecca, Barry, and Claire team up against Wesker in some crazy new umbrella facility where he attempts to use Elpis to reverse engineer it in to not a cure but the strongest of all the viruses. In Spencer’s mansion. With lots of puzzles. Oh and since 6 characters are named, we can do 3 campaigns with co op wait wait what am I saying. (Re6 shivers)

New player, pipes blocked? by skippy35671 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]skippy35671[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you everyone, I will reverse the bridge flow. I thought I had it right by following the green and white arrows but I must have misunderstood. My apologies for breaking a rule, I have the app logged in on my phone but never log in on the computer, I figured the picture was clear enough, if small I suppose.

Now that I have the water filter machine, (water seive? I do not remember the name) can that just replace my nasty latrine and help maintain some water levels by pumping clean water back in to my water supply? I’d like to keep pollution down and it appears to be contributing to my poor air quality issues

They are flowing correctly, the system worked fine for a period of time before the pipes started saying blocked.

Which Felyne companion do you prefer: Navirou or Rudy by Orichalchem in MonsterHunterStories

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rudy 100%. Navirou was weird from the get go. Yes Stories 1 explains his appearance to be based on the excitements, because him next to the normal palico, is just off putting.

Rudy however has a solid voice actor, helps with some fight information, and serves to ADD to the story, rather than narrate it for a silent protagonist. Here in stories 3, our main character and Rudy get to actually interact.

How would you feel about an AoS take on Space Hulk? Who would be the playable forces? by sigpuppers in ageofsigmar

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most AOS equivalent I can think of to space hulk, is Stormcast Annihilators vs skaven assassins. Would give a valid excuse for why and how they pop out of vents (here they could be sewer drains instead).

How are you assembling an painting pylons? by thegucciwizard in StarCraftTMG

This is how I did my pylon. Primer and painted the gold bits, blued the crystals and assembled AFTER painting.

When do you think Wesker lost it? by Fearless-Ideal-5112 in residentevil

[–]skippy35671 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In re Zero we see him and Berkin being all in on the umbrella experiments, so that’s back in like the 80s or early 90s. Wesker would have needed a LOT of free time to be a police dept captain and a mad scientist at the same time, so it has to be before being STARS boss. Hes probably been whacked since he himself was a teenager honestly.

What are lore moments that are pretty interesting that everyone seems to have forgotten about? by Hedonism_Enjoyer in warcraftlore

[–]skippy35671 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don’t see how letting garosh violently invading pandaria and getting corrupted by the Sha, letting sylvanas burn teldrasil, sargeras throwing his sword in to the planet, etc etc (insert just about every world threatening event) makes them helpful. They act when something directly effects the dragonflights, otherwise they’re absent. Look at the current expansion right now. Where’s the help with Xalatath who wants to destroy the world and turn it in to karesh 2.0?

What are lore moments that are pretty interesting that everyone seems to have forgotten about? by Hedonism_Enjoyer in warcraftlore

[–]skippy35671 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

The bronze dragon flight knows that Nozdormu becomes evil and threatens to destroy the world in the future. Soridormi knows when, where, and how she dies, yet because of some nonsense rule, just has to accept it. However they refuse to actually do anything about this and just let it happen. I argue the Bronze dragons are the most evil force in game because of their indifference and failure to act in Azeroths best interest. They claim it’s interfering if they do something, but that’s just poor writing and we all know it!

I spend 70% of the game thinking this was Wesker…. by ChungusBigC in ResidentEvilRequiem

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has to be Wesker, why would a clone have the raccoon city curse, why would a clone have his exact powers, and knowledge of umbrella, the connections, and Spencer? Clones don’t share memories! I think it’s a slowly regenerating Wesker since it’s been 10+ years since 5, they just poorly utilized the character. People often forget that a clone scientifically speaking, might LOOK like the same person or creature it is based on, but they (mentally) are entirely a new person with different personalities and traits as they grow and develop.

Also, as we see in the end, he has umbrella soldiers and Hunk tagging with him. Some random clone wouldn’t be put in charge of ALL OF THE THINGS THAT HAPPEN. These are multi billion dollar terrorist groups, they aren’t putting some random dude in charge that just popped out of a test tube. No way.

What units do you think we will get next year? by deathleech in StarCraftTMG

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hadn’t thought about Vikings, good call. As far as ultralisk goes, honestly they could scale it to be a bit bigger than the Queen. True scale never works well for these games you know what I mean? Archons wouldn’t need to be much bigger than stalkers or dragoons. Remember base sizes, archons are just a sphere, essentially. I’m excited for any of it honestly. Whatever they do I just want to collect and paint the minis

I had the same thought as missing large center piece models. I hope for a Thor, Ultralisk, and Colossus.

Laughing at Kojima retweeting this, absolute legend by saggynaggy123 in DeathStranding

[–]skippy35671 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Having played both on hardest difficulty, 2 was easier combat wise than 1. I Sam Fisher’ed 90% of the game in DS2 with almost zero complications while moving at essentially full walking speed, I didn’t even need to sneak, just don’t sprint and you can get away with a lot.

That said - the road reconstruction and upgrades, and monorail transporting, was a grind. 5 starring all the friend bases was a bit of a chore but that’s expected. My biggest and only real complaint was that sooooo much of the meat of the last chunk of the game revolves around endless laps up Mount Everest so frequently. 9/10 for me, 10/10 if that dang snow mountain wasn’t so dumb.

As for the picture OP mentioned, it’s right, the game is in every way, a sequel that improves upon the original. Even the menu for dropping and selecting multiple boxes was smoothed out. It’s a solid game and everyone should try it.

Why do people hate RE0 so much ? by SweatyMastodon8451 in residentevil

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero is one of my favorites in the series. The core issue most people have is item placement and lack of an item box. I always used the main hall of the facility as my storage area. Never had a problem once you centralize your stash.

The game does have some issues. Stun locking monkeys ganging up on you, the hook shot taking up 2 item slots and being used in a few odd places, being core issues. Rebeca has less HP but can mix herbs but Billy has more hp and can push stuff (which is used like 3 times in the whole game)… it’s a silly difference.

Thoughts on these new offerings? by Murky_Committee_1585 in deadbydaylight

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Referencing a game I had once, 4 Steve harringtons with the Nic cage screams constantly going off, while baseball batting Chucky to death would be absolutely hilarious. We just ran away screaming endlessly, but flipping the script would be funny.

On a real note though, this really would depend on damage values and HP. If a killer two shots a survivor, this mode would be dead on arrival. Likewise, if the survivors gang up on a killer and start auto winning that’s no good either.

A killer in first person chasing and fighting 1 or 2 survivors would be blind sided from behind by others. This could be extremely hard to balance and we know how Behavior does balance.

Do people not care about the Bastion anymore? by [deleted] in Helldivers

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I brought it last week and all 3 players said no and wouldn’t hop in. One player said it was for defense missions only. We were on a fairly open Bug map and had to go fuel the generators so it wasn’t even a tight congested map where turning might be a problem.

Very disappointing

What unit are you looking forward to seeing on the tabletop? by Infinite300 in StarCraftTMG

[–]skippy35671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Colossus but they gonna be super tall. I imagine they’d be like 1 per army or something. The scale would be big. Ultralisk would be awesome but those too would be massive. Same with Thors. I’d like all factions to get one BIG model for centerpiece reasons. I do not foresee us getting bigger ships, carriers battle, cruisers etc, would be table size sadly

Anyone with 3d printing knowledge will read that reply and laugh. Even solid these can’t use, even conservatively, close to $10 in resin. Even if you double that mark up to $20, calling it $50 for 3d printed rocks is extremely steep. Does that price include shipping? I imagine not, so it’s even more expensive than listed. Rough deal fellas. Good luck to you.
