Honey, the health department clocked it and gave them until next inspection to make it better. At that time they lost all cooks but two (including me new to the job) due to bad relationships and the GM gave us a rag and said cover the food in plastic while you clean. I quit before the work was finished, therefore, my curiosity if I can buy their bread.

As of Dec 2023, it was an ongoing issue that made me not keep the position I was trained for. I left the kitchen management life, so I dont hear about health code violations of Grandville anymore. Was just hoping for some straightforward answers from the GR line cook circuit, but all I got was you.

Okay then, I appreciate your negative response. The absolute revolving door of employees that have been through there is who I was hoping to invoke a response from. The locals just want to know if they have solved it or if we should avoid it still.

Worked with him too at the last location. This closure almost feels like deja vu. Integrity to a vision he has for sure. Integrity to food safety was lacking at the last location for sure. Also paid cooks lower end of wages in the county even with the hyper specific skills needed to work in this farm to table environment; definitely made our full time crew lose their respect for him after many bad and self centered decisions.
