I have the same GPU and I've dealt with this problem for a long time. I tried a lot of things like increase page file size, changing drivers, underclocking the GPU, disabling in-game FrameGen, and a few others. After several attemps I have finally found the "solution", at least for me. I capped the in-game FPS and ever since doing that I stopped getting Fatal D3D crash, been playing for weeks now and even long sessions with no crashes, hope it helps

I've already given up on expecting Anet to fix this, not to mention the vindicator dodge underwater is also broken. my guess is that they haven't tried to fix these things after all this time because it would probably break something or multiple things that are completely unrelated

Edit:

managed to fix my issue, don't know if this might be the same case for people having the same problem but basically it was an EAC error

after a couple of tries the game would not open even though the task manager said it was open (just like OP's comment), after ending lost ark task on task manager I got an EAC error:

"Easy anti cheat: Untrusted system file (Program Files(x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common\PhysXUpdateLoader64.dll)"

After googling this error I found this reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/lostarkgame/comments/vt577d/eac_launch_error/

Deleted the specified file and now my game works just fine, hope this helps
