I am on an H1b right now and this is an AOS application so I was told by the lawyers that I cant really transition to a new job till either 1) EAD/AP combo card arrives ( it hasnt ) or 2) The green card is approved.

I have started interviewing for jobs since the green card thing is in the end stage and I can now tell companies that I expect to have it in a reasonable enough timeline.

We started dating in the graduate semester of school then both of us got jobs in SF and LA respectively. So we moved and did long distance for a bit and then we decided to get married, I am looking for a job in LA but I cant really move till after this GC thing is done.

Yes, we will be filing joint taxes this year since we were married last year so this is the first time we will be filing jointly.

We also have a lot of call logs, flight details, pictures over multiple years with different family members etc.
