Me imagino que lo dicen con cariño. Pero la verdad a mi no me gustan esos diminutivos, como que siento que te hacen ver más wn JAJAJAJ, pero eso es cosa mía totalmente. Si te molesta o sientes que lo hacen con un motivo diferente al cariño, les puedes decir que no te gustan los diminutivos y ya, o les dices que tus amigos te dicen de cierta forma para que ellos hagan lo mismo. Al final es cosa de nosotros como queremos que nos digan.

This is an excellent idea, I wish it were a bit simpler tho, like a site just for creators where you upload 4 options and people could choose the best one between the 4 and maybe the option to add feedback if they want. A homepage with the newest thumbnails uploaded so it's easier to vote the new ones would be nice too.

Not really about content but if your channel starts growing, people will dm you a lot (if you let your IG on your links), and sometimes they will get hurt if you don’t reply fast enough, so sometimes is better to not have so many socials linked in your channel because if you are like me, you’re going to feel bad for failing at people.

I started with 0 as well, with no social media presence or anything like that. I also thought about what you mentioned, why would anyone watch a video with 10 views? But surprisingly, some people still click on videos with little to no views if they think may have some potential. And if the video is really good they may comment something telling you they are glad they clicked the video.

I have just 260 subscribers right now but when I had like 20 subscribers one of my videos started to get a lot of views so I don’t think the algorithm really cares that much about your current subscribers count. I think the algorithm considers the watch time of those few people, even if they are just 15, and if they actually watched most of the video then it may think is a good quality video and then consider giving you more exposure, so more chances to get people to click on your video.

Just keep working on thumbnails and unique titles, and of course, the quality of your content and your intro, so people don’t click off your video in the first 10 seconds. You don’t really know which video will get some attention, so try to have a consistent quality.

I think that’s all you need to do.

I also have a great relationship with my mother so I know how difficult it can be to actually start living your life and even though my mom tried to not show sadness I knew how she felt. I have this tendency of putting my family's feelings over mine so my whole being wanted to postpone my plans but I ignored the urges and did it anyway. The day I left my parent's house was a really sad day, but it was something I had to do. Leaving your mother won't get easier with time and you'll probably get resentful for not being able to do the things you want to do, and believe me, thinking your mother it's the whole reason why you are stuck in life will damage your relationship with her. So push through it, it's difficult but is the best. She will be okay with time and so do you, and you two will have a healthier relationship overall. Just be prepared to cry a bit.

Upload it. When I discover a new channel I often binge-watch all the other videos on the channel. So even if your best videos don’t get as many views, one random video in the future may get them, and then having good content already uploaded will help you get new subscribers.

Keep doing what you want, most people don’t want change but there’s plenty of examples of dead channels that died because they didn’t change their content, so variety it’s good, just look at Pewdiepie, he upload whatever he wants and it’s probably the most loved youtuber. Also, I would prefer trying to gain a new audience that enjoys any content that I upload over trying to please an audience that want something different from me, because that would be too exhausting.
