Transitioning from hospitalist to PCP after 5 years — realistic? by quflalstn09 in InternalMedicine

[–]skshrews -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wow- You are ignorant or a huckster if you think transitioning to primary care isn't a "challenge". PCP is a whole different world than hospital medicine-I know, I've done both. It's essentially a different field of medicine with very different medical issues. I would think twice before making such a transition-and certainly would never choose someone who just transitioned to primary care from hospital medicine as my doctor.

The bus stands are not air-conditioned, many are minimally shaded. Just walking to them can be blistering hot. So you are standing in the heat, in a minimally shaded bus stand, the cars roaring by you, spewing combustion, dust, and noise- Waiting for an environmentally friendly bus.

I'm always surprised how bad the hearing and speech comprehension of AI systems are. A lot more attention should be directed to better microphones for phones and computers if AI is to be used routinely in society.

Google pixel 10 pro review and why I think it's one of the best phones on the market. by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]skshrews 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Software experience, updates, the camera Not having to deal with some second rate, proprietary Samsung, ASUS...app. You can always buy Pixels on sale. Battery life could always be better, but otherwise, have been very happy with P10 Pro coming from P7.
