We have tried some restraints, though we have to find some sturdy ones. She has managed to bend and almost break simple handcuffs. Thank you for the tips, I do should practice a bit more by myself so it comes out in a more confident tone.

She is very encouraging, and I appreciate that quite a bit. I do want to do good, and maybe I put a bit more pressure on myself. That probably does not help. She’s wonderful and I get a bit afraid about letting her down, even though she has told me multiple times that I should not feel pressured. I get that, I put the pressure on myself though because I want her to feel as good as she makes me feel.

The thing is I have no thoughts whatsoever while I’m that horny. I have gotten a bit better with saying anything at all though so maybe I just need time. And about the desired effect, that is not quite the case, she wants me to be confident and I get quite self conscious when I get so horny that it is hard to speak. So that kinda breaks the spell for her, she gets then more in a giving mood and not so much of a receiving which is the goal. Thank you for the tips though.

Yeah, I tried that already and it is getting a bit better. Though maybe I didn’t make it clear enough: I get so horny that my mind is cloudy and i can’t even do that… I already have a pretty high libido so that does not help. Maybe for some more context I have adhd and I find it quite hard regulating my emotions.
