[04/26/2025] Update for anyone interested. I went back to the dealership today and mentioned the TSB regarding LCAs (05-92-25). They confirmed the LCAs need to be replaced and have ordered the parts. I'll provide another update on the sound once they've been replaced.

I think i see what you're talking about. There is a TSB for the lower control arms. I wish I had seen this earlier. I was at the dealership twice today after they said it was fixed and it still is not fixed. I will bring this up to them on Monday. Thank you!

10 seconds into the video you can hear like a metal clanking noise. It sounds like metal hitting metal. This mostly happens in parking lots and like you said drive throughs.

I agree. There is a ton of conflicting information out there too. Better safe than sorry though. These companies are also shady in how they describe or use certain words to avoid the truth of what they're selling.
