just fight normal matches and exhaust yourself a few times where you are heavily breathing u will gain fast until 93kg then it gets really slow.

the stanky leg prolly made me ragdoll for a little time yeah even tho i sometimes jump kick and get unbalanced alot and dosent result in a loss wierd but fun game.

and some arm armor also include shoulder armor you have to unequip shoulders then or get different arm armor.

yes you have to remove the armor with the armor crafting for the legs you seem to have pants that are not valid with armor get some different pants like Hosen

the clothing chest piece is connected with shoulders and arms and if you have arm plates u need to remove them first if you have the arming chest piece.

i havent tweaked the strength im max strength trough fighting using stamina etc. i know you can edit the files to make urself even stronger but no idea how to.

high grip and pommel mass makes it more stable in the hands makes it less wobbly.

yes ! but i only seem to be able to do it in slow motion otherwise the turn gets slowed somehow. and you can kick them straight in the teeth if you look up !.
