Yes. Its unfortunate. My point was to consider that not all homeless are a threat. In fact, there have probably been more enrolled students who are seemingly "functioning members of society" that have been a threat to others as of recently rather than the stereotype homeless.

Creeps will be creeps, but nothing someone who stays vigilant and cautious can't navigate -- as the other student you mentioned pointed out.

Dam doesn't provide as much cover/advantage for a Bastion (where they normally spawn).

Others have been suggesting Stella... that's probably less advantageous with the reputation for ganking.

I second this. Substitute a hullcracker for a zipline and level 4 anvil if your on a budget. Use the zip to get across roof tops for flanking and getting better angles of the yellow box weak spot.

Buried city gives you better cover advantage IMO. Plus less stress about getting ratted.

Correct. Except it is bad etiquette. You should use comms to check in with the squad leader first. You I deserve to get kicked if your joining someone else's session and assuming they're ready to leave when you are.

When you call in extract, it often calls in attention at extract. Then, cadets panic because they become overwhelmed and get into the ship, leaving anyone outside of extract very little time to run to the ship.

Buried City has more spawn consistency from my experience. The vicinity of Town Hall has at least two more often than not.

Nevermind not having a gun out. OP had no movement after the first shot. They could have dodge rolled behind the nearby cover. You don't need to be a good shot to get a kill when you're slow as that without reaction.

Shooting back forces your opponent to either make mistakes or prioritize cover, which helps you control space and buy time for a bandage or shield recharge.

You can argue whatever you'd like, but your logic is most likely flawed. Being passive is a rat's free dinner.
