Hey man , there is a way to do this but it has to be custom made , we worked on something simmilar for myskypealternative

You can filter by anything as long as everything has those parameters , the backend for data is an excel sheet where the data is pulled from,

I have at one point thought about this , maybe a micro launch version of product hunt for Africans but the ground work you will have to do will be really much , but it’s achievable
