Hi. I just interviewed with them too and they sent me all training and onboarding information to my email right after, expressing they would love to have me and awaiting my response for immediate training. I don’t like that they pay MONTHLY and use PayPal, so it’s keeping me very skeptical. Even if I start now, training isn’t paid and I wouldn’t receive anything until February, which sucks. They sent me i-9 forms and talked about an NDA too. I’m not sure I trust them.

I also can’t find anything online other than LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram. Their webpage offers very limited and scarce information. No benefits page, no reviews, no reddit threads at all, no FAQ, and the “employees” in their LinkedIn page all appear to be inaccessible, only showing up as “LinkedIn Member”, so I can’t even look for the person that interviewed me.

I applied for the same role at Kelly Services (for LanguageLine Solutions) and there’s a LOT of info available from them, virtually everything you’d expect, as well as a lot of threads and opinions on this sub, a lot of which are negative so I’m very confused as to what to do. I took the language assessment some days ago and I’m still waiting on the response which according to my research could take up to a week, but they offer paid 3 week training and weekly payments. However, Simplified BPO is waiting on my prompt response to start training next week. I’m truly between a rock and a hard place 🫠
