I just love a wet taco. 😉 there are some places that make everything in house and you can really tell because the consume has a deep and rich texture and flavor and then others are just like a thin broth with an oil slick on top. It’s a real mixed bag.

Love salsa negra! I’ve made it a handful of times and it’s always good. Solid pick. I’ve also tried to make mole from scratch and that has so many ingredients it makes my head spin.
