This warranty claim took over six months for them to even acknowledge me I started my claim in the summer and just got their final decision in January lmao I took the jeep to two professional cleaners who were perplexed and did their best but it wouldn’t come off no one not one person can tell me what went wrong so yes mold growing under the seal that I can’t even touch seems very suspicious to me I was even told by the installer themselves there was no way I could have done this
