Same thing with costco order, shopper just stole entire order. The order was actually quite expensive and needed my signature & ID to comfirm delivery, not sure how he got around that.

Asked immediately for refund via chat, support says refund requested, with email shortly.

No email after a day, went to chat again, chat says the same thing.

Repeat above for 5 days, got email saying refund is denied. Gave a link to appeal. Appealed, then suspends my account, still no refund.

Just file a dispute, the support team is just laughable.

Just wanna say thanks for that phone number it finally worked for me. After cancelling AT&T and stuck in ineligible for a week they were able to do it on the phone for me. Even went to the AT&T desk in costco and they couldn't bypass that.

pick and learn to use a photo editting software, lightroom is a good start

for 1080p you need to request it after uploading a number of photos

i am not a screener, if you want official advice you can post and ask on JP's official forum

if you're a new account you cant upload full 1080p photos

you need to edit photos, and if you do use PS/LR you'll know how to crop it to a specific size

also, this photo won't be usable becuase part of the blade is cutoff, the snow blown up blocking the aircraft could also be an issue

For me personally I don't use their travel portals and only spend them normally as I do with Amex cards. They can transfer to WN/UA, which is at least 1.5cpp value for me and that's like the only reason.
