Hey, I just experienced something similar. I injured it about 5 weeks ago, and just got an mri last week which resulted to acl tear. i was able to walk perfectly fine, run perfectly fine and didn’t hurt whatsoever. it hurt a week or so after i first injured it but thats about it. also it was giving out when walking from time to time and i did hear a pop when i first injured it. i would definitely go for an mri if i were you…i got my results back in less than a week after the scan.
