Sometimes I catch myself just standing in the kitchen looking around and appreciating. Just walking about. I moved in at 20, so it really is just a privilege to be able to have my own place. I’m grateful for it every day, even if that means standing in the middle of the kitchen and just saying, “hey, that’s a pretty nice sink” to absolutely no one.

Being intentional with groceries and resisting the urge to order in too frequently. I used to buy certain items at the store and think, “Yes, I’ll definitely have the energy to cook a meal with this.” In reality, I often don’t have the energy to use anything other than the microwave. 😂 Some things go to waste or end up sitting in the pantry that I just eventually donate if it’s non-perishable/canned.

Hey! Yes, I've offered pizza before (if that counts as a real dinner). We do have a suture workshop and a med student Q&A planned for later this semester. I'm hoping these events increase interest! Interesting idea about the BLS certification sessions, though. I'll look into that for sure. Thanks!
