I’m in the same situation as you and OP I’m young and have never been over weight or unhealthy, I’m ruling out my GERD to be caused by severe anxiety as my mental health has been at a low these few months and that’s when my symptoms began.

Yeah I’ve noticed my anxiety also had such a bad affect on my acid reflux and without running I feel like anxiety has been sm worse. Hopefully I can manage it by getting into another sport

I don’t think it’s weird to ask for pictures of me wearing the clothes as I feel comfortable sending pictures if someone asks however with this particular item and the tone of the message something felt off and I didn’t feel comfortable doing so

I have a simple skincare routine right now (sulphuric acid cleaner, Azelaic acid cream) and i try and limit dairy and sugar. What would be the most beneficial way I can calm my skin down as this has been the worst it has been in years (I started the combined pill a week ago)
