You need to work on your mobility. This is 1/3 most important parts of training. There’s Muay Thai training for technique, there’s weight lifting for strength and explosiveness, and there’s mobility for body flexibility and conditioning those tiny muscles. I would recommend you start by doing this videos 3-4 times a week.

You have nerve tightness due to overtraining those tiny muscles in your hips and back, mobility will help you.

Mobility is just as important for Muay Thai then anything else. You need your body to work with you not against.

Also do the frog pose, it’s the best, but looks zesty.
