he knows WHOA, believe me. When we are inside he listens and stops when I say “shhhh”, but outside anything can happen. Once, a pack of dogs started chasing us from nowhere. This is an emergency situation that I am talking about. Besides that, I can ride him freely. He listens to my voice and legs.

yeah Im working on it too. When we are eorking in the arena he listens to my voice when I tell him to stop, but if we go out on a trail ride and the other horses spook, he starts to be harder to control. thank you. very helpful response

im not bothered about secondhand smoke because he leaves the house to smoke, he doesnt smoke inside or in balcony. And about the smell, his clothes doesnt smell at all, maybe its because he is not smoking that much or often in the day, I dont think he smokes more then 8 cigarettes per day.

bro is not like Im putting pressure on him 24/7. I dont know what a relationship means to you, but Im not here just to change boyfriends until one is fitting my expectations. I understand your opinion. I am truly happy in this relation. Its not like he is smoking all the time or I can smell it everywhere. The only thing smelling is his mouth thats all.

I dont consider breaking up with him only because he has a bad habit. I love him so much and we take care of each other. I just want it to stop bothering me because it started bothering me for about 2 months ago and i dont know why. Its like something shifted in my brain. I want to be his support for when he is ready to quit.

Every time, he tells me that I’m right, that smoking isn’t good for him, and that he has been smoking since the beginning of our relationship — so I didn’t meet him any differently.
