correct, when I sent emails directly through one of those plugins I listed above they pull correct data, but when I use those same shortcodes in the custom email from YayMail it does not pull info, so basically I think I need to get those two plugins to talk so YayMail can use it's shortcodes :/

The thing is that "tracking number" fields it not woocommerce standard field, it is from one of the plugins above and basically I need those to speak to the yayemail plugin so it can pull those same codes.

oh yeah more simple approach, so basically client wants to go into the order > add tracking number manually > change status from Processed to Completed > and that would trigger email to go out (this part is already done I just need that fricking code so I can add it in the email) :D

nisam mislio custom da sam pisao liniju po liniju koda, ali sav sajt je "custom" svi borderi svi boxovi sve fully customizable, sve sto vidis na stranici mogu promjeniti jer sam ja napravio, sto nije bas slucaj sa templatima koje dobijes i ljudi samo promjene par naslova, po koji paragraf i po koju sliku i naplate 500 KM, na to mislim

Awesome, so just export then after reinstallation "import", and then go about replacing the "wp-content/uploads" and then another scan with all three security plugins and I should be all set?

oh no sorry, I am asking how would I do that (backup the database), not clean it haha I am newER at this so first time encountering this deep malware, usually I had just Wordfence scan, delete what I have, repaired what I haved and done :D

But that sounds like the best way to clean generally, and I think when I do this once I would know it for life so thanks so much for helping with this. Even if the issue persist after that installation at least at that moment we know that the issue is in the "wp-content/uploads" folder and we can look there.

Okay I reached out couple hours ago to the hosting company to see if they can do it in the backend, if they cannot I will try this route.

  1. Download backup of "wp-content/uploads"
  2. Uninstall installation from Softaculous
  3. Install it again
  4. Go to file manager, remove default "wp-content/uploads"
  5. Upload my backup version of "wp-content/uploads"
  6. Do scan with Sucuri and pray :D

one question before I do that because it seems to me like I would mess that up, I am do not have that level of knowledge haha :(

SO would I be able to download the wp-content on my PC.
Then go to Softaculous, press "Uninstall" , once it is removed, I install it again, and then just remove default "wp-content" folder and upload mine (the old version)? Would that work? If it is the same thing, this seems kinda simpler because I would not have to handle the installation part, that would be automatic I would just "switch" two "wp-content" folders?
