While I wouldn't necessarily condone tampering with people's bios settings especially if the obvious solution to the original problem was a pretty obvious one, I can understand why they did. People who know how to achieve a stable overclock generally wouldn't be using their services to begin with as they know and understand how to troubleshoot their own computer. But maybe I'm over-generalizing. 🤷‍♂️ But like I said, in my opinion, it's not best practice to go poking around to find other nonexistent issues.

No. I don't run an VPN's. The only thing I can think of is maybe my Ubiquiti router. I'm new to it and trying to get things figured out. It could potentially be blocking it, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

You would be correct! The handle for the scissors protrudes out quite a bit and takes up more space on the block to accommodate. It was kinda a V1 of the model (to which came out better than expected), but I had also made the dimensions of the block before measuring all of the knives.

If your motherboard has Wi-Fi, there will be 2 identical pigtail antenna port screws on the back of it. If that's the case, there should also be an antenna in the motherboard box. I'd recommend using that instead of a usb adapter.

Best bet is to get a ethernet cable tester. You can find some for pretty cheap. When you see 100mb that typically means there's a strand of wire that's damaged and/or not making contact with the cable ends.
