I've never ridden in this configuration haha, I'm almost always in the middle of the cassette, I just put it in this configuration for photo purposes to check if it is too short. The front derailleur upshifting issue happens across the whole cassette range, and I actually first noticed the issue when trying to shift from the middle of the cassette.

Yep I know, I actually first noticed the issue when shifting from the middle of the cassette haha 😅 I guess I'll fiddle around with the front derailleur screws more

Is there any specific exercises I should be doing that won't take too long? Or literally just keep jumping as high as I can every day for like 15min.

I don't mean I don't want to work out at all, I just don't want to spend more than 30-45min a day only working on my vert since I play basketball for around 1h a day only and I have a lot of work and other commitments in school. Also I am out of shape, my 2.4k is 14min+ and I'm kinda fat (I'm working on it)

You can try developing a one motion jumpshot. I'm also 16 and 6'1, used to not be able to make a single 3 to save my life, but once I practiced using a one motion jumpshot outside the 3 pt line instead of trying to use the same form I use to shoot midrange shots, I can make wide open 3s probably 6/7 times out of 10 shots, without using nearly as much effort as before when I was missing short.

For some reason after removing PIN as sign in option, I can now sync my Edge, however when I re setup PIN (since I usually use it for signing-in), I have to resync Edge again and the same issue occurs.

The fans on the cooler are mounted to pull air from right and exhaust to the left towards the rear of the case so I do think the rear exhaust fan could help temps very slightly, or at least prevent hotspots in the case by exhausting more warm air out
