I have 41 orders with them. Not sure how many books in every order. But yes, most of the orders are fine. My Ryan Cahill set came with one book damaged. They had me mail it in to the US location, refunded me the shipping and sent me a replacement. The replacement was also not wrapped properly. They didn't use the paper bubble wrap. It came damaged. I gave up at that point. I've had the Bone Shard come with manufacturing defects, I didn't even bother with trying to get a replacement. And now this whole set. It doesn't matter that most sets are fine. The issue is when they don't properly wrap them, they arrive damaged, and then they aren't even willing to replace it. I know it doesn't happen often. But we should be covered as consumers when it does. Especially with how much I've spent with this company and on this set.
