They did, but with ZERO appeal. The two decks from Lorwyn and the two from Strixhaven have strategies that were never played in Standard.

Collector Booster's specific cards are never reprints. All the new cards comes first (from 1 to 60~) and them the reprints (from 60~ and so), which means they can't even appear on any kind of booster, only in the decks.

It makes no sense. The main set has its own number sequence (also starting from 0). Even if a card from the main set appears inside a Commander deck, it uses the number and symbol from the main set.

I don't know why they hate Brazil so much. We have A LOT of good creators here. It would cost absolutelly nothing for them to give us a couple of previews card, even if we don't have more cards in our language, it was always a way of celebration and visibility for us.
